General terms and conditions of sale

These Terms & Conditions govern the sale of artworks presented on the Artemya website.

1. Artworks

All artworks offered for sale are original creations by the artist working under the pseudonym Artemya.

Each piece is unique.

Colours may vary slightly depending on individual screen settings and display conditions.

Most canvases are presented with unpainted (white) edges, allowing collectors to choose a frame or edge finish that best suits their personal preferences and interior.

2. Purchasing an Artwork

Artworks may be purchased by submitting an enquiry through the contact form.

The availability of each artwork is confirmed personally before the sale is finalised.

3. Prices

All prices are displayed in Swiss francs (CHF).

Shipping costs, where applicable, are confirmed separately when the order is accepted.

4. Payment

Payment is made by bank transfer.

Bank details are provided once the order has been confirmed.

The artwork is dispatched after full payment has been received.

5. Delivery

Every artwork is carefully packaged to ensure safe transport.

Estimated delivery times are:

Switzerland: 2–5 business days
Europe: 5–10 business days
International: depending on destination

Delivery times are indicative and cannot be guaranteed.

6. Shipping Insurance

All artworks are shipped with insurance appropriate to their value.

Should any damage occur during transport, the buyer is kindly requested to contact Artemya within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs of both the packaging and the artwork.

7. Returns

As every artwork is an original, one-of-a-kind creation, sales are generally considered final.

Exceptional situations may, however, be considered on an individual basis.

8. Copyright

All copyrights and reproduction rights remain the exclusive property of the artist.

The purchase of an artwork does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights.

No reproduction, publication or commercial use is permitted without the artist's prior written consent.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Swiss law.

In the event of a dispute, the competent jurisdiction shall be the Canton of Vaud, Switzerland.

10. Intellectual Property

All content published on this website, including texts, images, artworks and photographs, is protected by copyright.

Any reproduction, distribution or use without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

11. Liability

However, no guarantee is given regarding its completeness or the absence of errors.
