- You will receive a personal reply confirming its availability, answering any questions you may have, and explaining the payment and delivery process.

- Payments are made by bank transfer in Swiss francs (CHF).
- Payment details will be provided once your order has been confirmed.

- Each artwork is carefully packaged and shipped fully insured.
- Personal collection in Switzerland is also possible by appointment.
- 3. Are all artworks original?
- Yes.
- Every artwork presented by Artemya is an original hand-painted creation.
- Each painting is unique.
- 4. Are the paintings signed?
- Yes.
- Every artwork is hand-signed by the artist, either on the front or the reverse, depending on the piece.
- 5. Is a Certificate of Authenticity included?
- Yes.
- Each artwork is accompanied by a signed Certificate of Authenticity including:
- Title of the artwork
- Dimensions
- Medium
- Year of creation
- Artist's signature
- 6. How are the artworks packaged?
- Every painting is carefully protected to ensure safe transport.
- Packaging may include protective paper, cardboard, bubble wrap or other suitable materials depending on the size and format of the artwork.
- 7. Are artworks insured during shipping?
- Yes.
- All shipments are fully insured according to the value of the artwork.
- Should any damage occur during transport, please contact the gallery within 48 hours and include photographs of both the packaging and the artwork.
- 8. Do you ship internationally?
- Yes.
- Artworks can be shipped throughout Switzerland, Europe and most international destinations.
- Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on the destination and the size of the artwork.
- For deliveries within Switzerland, shipping and insurance generally amount to approximately CHF 60.
- 9. How long will it take to receive my artwork?
- Delivery times are indicative and cannot be guaranteed.
- Typical delivery times are:
- Switzerland: 2–5 business days
- Europe: 5–10 business days
- International: varies according to destination
- Artworks are shipped after payment has been received.
- 10. Can I collect an artwork in person?
- Yes.
- Personal collection in Switzerland can be arranged by appointment once payment has been received.
- Whenever possible, however, insured shipping remains the preferred option.
- 11. Can I request additional photographs?
- Of course.
- Additional photographs, close-up details or short videos can be provided to help you discover the artwork before making your decision.
- 12. Are the colours shown online accurate?
- Every effort is made to reproduce colours as faithfully as possible.
- However, slight variations may occur depending on individual screen settings and display devices.
- 13. Can an artwork be reserved?
- Yes.
- A temporary reservation may be arranged upon request.
- 14. Do you accept commissioned work?
- Yes.
- Selected commissions may be considered depending on the nature of the project.
